The path to Delica Caviar’s excellence started in 2004. Our founder and Aquaculture Specialist, Mr. Aytaç Levent Işık, harnessed over two decades of experience to innovate numerous techniques for fish farming and caviar quality enhancement, from hatchery management to now. The inception of ALSO Aquaculture in 2017 bolstered our team, marking our significant entrance into the sector.

At ALSO Aquaculture, we specialize in trout caviar production across facilities in Muğla, Denizli, Sivas, Elazığ, and Şanlıurfa. Our production adheres rigorously to the highest quality standards, subject to ongoing scrutiny. Our yearly output includes 50,000 kilograms of red caviar and 60 million trout eggs, affirming our industry leadership. Free from additives and preservatives, our red caviar brings unparalleled taste and nutritional benefits to our clientele’s tables.

Our reach extends globally, with exports to France, Germany, Denmark, Dubai, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, and Uzbekistan, establishing us as a dominant force in the international market.
